Summary

An American retailer, is expanding their European support centre in Warsaw. You will be working on the Dutch and Belgian market. There are loads of opportunities to further develop your career.

Main Task

  • Provide world class expert Customer Care experience through: email,  online social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc) and phone
  • Online order management (including payments and refunds)
  • Warranty repair and information
  • Provide advise on use of smartwatch
  • E commerce sales – supplier resources/up-selling products
  • Technical support & troubleshooting via phone connectivity and apps (smart watches)
  • Suggest improvements to client on how to improve customer service experience

Requirements

  • Good English
  • Fluent Dutch
  • Proven Exceptional customer satisfaction and people skills
  • Good knowledge of Social Media
  • Energetic, having the energy and curiosity to challenge yourself and your employer to become better
  • Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage
