For our client we are hiring a Champion Customer Service with Fluent (C1) French and good English.
You will be working on a new project for our client in Burgas. You will be working for a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Excellent command of French (C1) and good English (B1)
- Experience with cystomer service
- Extensive experience with written communication
- Excellent computer skills
- Good working knowledge of internet technology
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to work shifts
